The reporting and election conference of the Public Council of the “Youth Wing” of Samarkand regional Council of UzLiDeP was held. Activities of the “Youth Wing” over the past period were summed up at the event.

An analysis of the activities of Samarkand regional Council of the party showed that at the moment 1236 primary party organizations carry out their activities, of which in 318 young people occupy a leading position. The number of party members is 102,253 people, of which 58,321 are young people at the age from 18 to 34.

In addition, this year six activists of the “Youth Wing” were elected to the “Youth Parliament”, organized under the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Along with the achievements and success, the shortcomings for elimination were also discussed at the conference, for which a roadmap was developed. In addition, the goal of developing the roadmap is to increase the effectiveness of the Youth Wing’s work with young people and improve its activities.

As a result, the candidacies of 25 members of the Public Council of the “Youth Wing” in a new composition were approved, as well as appropriate decisions were made on the agenda items.
