UzLiDeP organized the city round of the Businesswoman 2026 competition in Urgench, as part of the nationwide “Together with the People” project. The event featured women entrepreneurs who contribute to societal development through their innovative ideas and initiatives.

During the competition, participants presented their business projects, products, and accomplishments. These initiatives focus on unlocking women’s entrepreneurial potential, fostering their new ideas, and creating new jobs.

Sanobar Jumaniyazova, head of the “Gayrat-Mustafo” family enterprise, secured first place in the competition. The enterprise has been producing navat since 2010 and currently employs 21 women. In the future, it aims to create more jobs by establishing a milk processing workshop.

The Businesswoman competition not only aims to identify the most active entrepreneurs but also acts as a vital platform for promoting new business ideas, sharing experiences, and engaging women extensively in entrepreneurship. This initiative helps create jobs, boost family incomes, and strengthen the economic prospects of various regions.
